Happy 1st birthday, Logan!

Today's the 'lil guy's 1st birthday! Wow...so amazing! We're going to schedule some professional 1 year old pics soon, so I will update on that (and everything else, of course!)!! :)

1st birthday AND walking!

Wow! So Logan took his first unsupported step yesterday (4 different times) and then this morning walked 3 steps in a row! I guess we better buy him some real shoes, LOL! I actually can't wait until he's fully upright and mobile, although people keep telling me not to rush it!

Today was his 1st birthday party. We had Jon's family and my mom there and everybody had a great time! Logan was more hesitant about his cake than I thought he'd be, but he really seemed to enjoy it and played with his new toys afterwards. Oh boy, though...if this was what he got for his birthday, Christmas is gonna be a killer! :D

Catch up!

It's been awhile since I've posted, so I thought I'd hop on and catch things up. In Logan news, he's still in the process of learning to walk. He's getting really good at standing on his own and will do it for 10-15 seconds at a time, sometimes. He can't get enough of walking all over the house and has even graduated to one-hand holding! Jon and I are planning on getting him a walk-behind toy for his birthday - he should really like that! He continues to be just an all-around smiley guy who loves to laugh!

In Jon news, a deal has been made to publish the "Shadow's Son" trilogy in France, which is super-exciting! Another freshly-inked deal just got delievered from a publisher in the UK as well! Also, Germany is looking at it and I think they're going to put feelers out to Japan, as Jon has mentioned to his agent that it might do well there, based on the subject matter. His dream of writing for a living may finally be in his grasp!! *fingers crossed* :D
